We use imported flours from Italy (independently of each other) 

 a natural air drying method time tested and true.

There are No eggs, No oils, and No preservatives or additives used

The Pastas we create range from a "Melt In Your Mouth" 

to an Old-Fashioned hearty chew

Bigger Grain flour - more chew - More Ground flour -  light chew
