What Makes Our Pasta Different?

We use ONLY imported flours from Italy (independently of each other) and a 

natural air drying method time tested and true.

There are No eggs, No oils, and No preservatives or additives used in or around our products.  


The Pastas we create range from a "Melt In Your Mouth" to an Old-Fasioned 

hearty chew, depending on the pasta you choose. 

Bigger Grain flour - more chew.  

More Ground flour -  light chew
